Class 1) Beginning Bicycle Maintenance, Operation, Safety and Flat Repair

When: The 1^st Thursday of the month / 6:00pm – 8pm

Where: Cycling Concepts Rocky Hill

Cost: Free to all

Required Equipment and Attire: No equipment needed, Cycling Concepts supplies the bikes. This is a hands on class so be prepared to get your hands and clothes dirty!

	cleaning and lubrication basics
	proper shifting technique and the appropriate gears for a situation
	quick release function, removal of wheels and tire inflation
	to change a flat tire
